Plus, the smokeless electronic cigarettes (e-cigs, e-cigarettes) are about 75% cheaper then traditional tobacco cigarettes ! Now, this is a huge saving for getting the same taste and satisfaction !
Do you offer refunds ?
We offer a 30 days full refund (less S&H) to our electronic cigarettes accessories and parts if a manufacturer's defect is found. However, if you mishandle, drop or damage them in way, we cannot cover them. Handled the right way, our products should last for a long time. There will be no refunds for the e-Liquid Nicotine due to possible tempering.
Please make sure you return any products in the ORIGINAL wrappers and boxes or NO refund will be issued !
Do you offer any warranty on your products ?
Yes, we offer 30 days free exchange - replacement of any defective parts to ensure your e-cigarette will function properly.
However, regarding the clearomizers and cartomizers, the warranty would be applicable ONLY for a "dead on arrival".
