What and how much of TSNA is in these electronic cigarettes ?

Plus, the smokeless electronic cigarettes (e-cigs, e-cigarettes) are about 75% cheaper then traditional tobacco cigarettes ! Now, this is a huge saving for getting the same taste and satisfaction !
Do you offer refunds ?
We offer a 30 days full refund (less S&H) to our electronic cigarettes and products if a manufacturer's defect is found. However, if you mishandle, drop or damage them in way, we cannot cover them. Handled the right way, our products should last for many months. However, there will be no refunds for the e-Liquid Nicotine due to possible tempering.
Please make sure you return any products in the ORIGINAL wrappers and boxes or NO refund will be issued !
Do you offer any warranty on your products ?
Yes, we offer 30 days free exchange - replacement of any defective or malfunctioning parts to ensure your e-cigarette will function properly.
Do you share the customer's info and email address with an other party and how safe should a customer feel entering a credit card information ?
We do NOT sell, share or exchange our customers information or email address with anyone else. We strongly believe in a person's privacy and we do all we can to protect all the information we receive. Further more, when you place an order, you are filling up all your info on a secured Payment Gateway software, real-time basis using the latest, most sophisticated digital encryption to transmit information and direct communication lines that are used to obtain real-time authorizations, ensuring the accuracy and validity of each transaction. Address Verification and Card Verification Value (CVV2) Services are performed to reduce the chance of fraud and charge-backs.
If I signup for a subscription, are there any other fees I will encounter when the products are shipped to my home ?
The only "fee" that will be added to the total invoice amount is the S & H which is only $ 2.95 per order regardless how many products you purchase.
Are there any special instructions that I need to follow ?
Yes, please make sure you are reading the manual and follow exactly all the instruction in order for your electronic cigarette and its accessories to last a long time.
When you receive your order, do NOT use the cigarettes unless you first charge the batteries for 8 hr. each regardless the green light on the charger ! After that, charge the batteries in a normal manner so when the green light turn on the charger, the battery is full and ready to go.
Also, when vaping please make sure you are pushing the manual button on the e-cigarette for no longer then 5 seconds. Holding down this button for a longer time, will overheat and ruin the atomiser and will not be covered by our warranty.
